Our mission is to offer residents and visitors of Wageningen a delicious place where they can eat and drink something tasty and healthy and meet each other.

We choose to source fair and sustainable products as much as possible. This means, for example, that we use the fish guide, prepare meat from animals that have had a good life, but also that our coffee and tea are sustainably produced.

We prefer to work with seasonal and local products from our local suppliers or from the vegetable gardens of our family and friends. But we certainly do not shy away from fine ingredients from the rest of Europe.

Furthermore, it is good to know that almost all our ingredients are fresh and we strive to prepare everything ourselves.
